El Nido, Palawan
Nacpan Beach
A long stretch of sand north of town, and the beach most people make the trip out to.
Nacpan is the beach El Nido is known for after the lagoons — a broad, long curve of sand with far more room than anywhere nearer town. It is a day trip rather than a base for most visitors, reached by scooter or tricycle over a road that is much improved but still worth checking conditions on in the rainy months.
There is a scattering of beach bars and a few places to stay, but the point is the beach and the space.
