A bakery and coffee shop in El Nido working with naturally leavened bread and laminated pastries. The counter is split between what comes out of the oven, hot food to go, and a long drinks list of twenty-one options — Philippine latte, Palawan horchata, mango sticky rice horchata, cascara iced tea and matcha among them. Forty-nine items in all, from about ₱30 to ₱390. One of the few places in town doing its own sourdough and viennoiserie.
