Corong-Corong
The bay immediately south of town — quieter, and the side the sun sets over.
Corong-Corong is a short tricycle ride south of the town proper and faces west, which is the whole point: it gets the sunset that the town, tucked under the cliffs, does not. It has grown into a strip of accommodation and beachfront places without ever getting as dense as the centre.
It suits anyone who wants to be near town without being in it. The trade-off is that most things still happen in the town proper, so you will make the trip back and forth.

A few minutes by tricycle from the town proper, or a walk of roughly half an hour.
